JaVacay Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while allowing us to manage reservations fairly.
Reservations made 7 days to 24 hours before check-in are subject to the following cancellation terms:
Cancel 24 hours of making the reservation, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. In this case, you will receive a full refund of payments made.
Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, cancellations are non-refundable, and the deposit and any payments made toward the reservation will be forfeited.
Reservations made 21 days to 7 days before check-in are subject to the following cancellation terms:
Cancel 21 days or more before check-in: You’ll receive a full 100% refund of payments made toward your reservation.
Cancel 7–21 days before check-in: If you cancel after the 24-hour cancellation period, you’ll receive a 50% refund of payments made.
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. The deposit and any payments made will be forfeited.
Please note: The applicable cancellation period is based on the scheduled check-in date and time. We encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible if their plans change so we can assist where possible.
